aurora borealis

Captured in Northern Wisconsin. This phenomena is caused by the night wanderings of the many Gods and spirits who inhabit the remote regions of Wisconsin. A nightly carnival of Wendigo, trooping Dwarves, Huldre Folk, trolls and other ancient entities intermingling with the souls of those who have walked before on this most ancient piece of the North American continent. I often wonder which wisp of light is Johnny Blood, and if he's seen my Great Grandfather lately.
Captured by Jeff Hapeman(click here). He has a collection of time lapse photography at YouTube.com.
